Question about Things Remembered?

I'm looking to get a couple beer mugs engraved, but I hate the ones sold at Things Remembered. I remember in the past, Things Remembered would personalize things that you bring in, does this still hold? Secondly, how do you know what is able to be personalized?

Yes, most Things Remembered stores will engrave items you bring in on your own. They charge more than they do for engraving their own things, but it usually is no problem. However, it is up to the individual store manager, so you have to ask.





As to what can or cannot be personalized, that really depends on the particular item. For example, they need enough room to write on, so if you have something with only a tiny space, they are going to tell you they can't do it. But if it is basically the same sort of thing as they carry in the store, then it should be fine.
