ok i took the kmart application online and apparently i didn't pass is there any way that test could be forfeited without having to wait a whole 6 months??

The only way you could get around that rule is if you get a human at K-Mart to make an exception. Right now, because you took the test online, the score is stored online as well. If you try to retake the test, it will tell you that you aren't eligible.
So, you would have to convince someone that there was an unusual circumstance that led you to answer things wrong. I have to tell you that I don't know what you could say that would work, but if you were sick that day, or if there was some terrible circumstance (a fire next door or something), you might get them to agree to an exception. But short of coming up with a believable excuse, I think you are just going to have to wait.
