I want to mail my mom a birthday card, she lives in texas and i live in ohio, when should i mail it?

so that it gets to her on her birthday? Her birthday is April 9th



to be on the safe side, id say give it a good 5 business days before the 9th. it will go by air mail of course, but when i mail letters within my city it takes up to 2 days (in chicago), so across the country would definitely take a few more.
