What has to happen before tou can start building an office, residential (anything, really) complexes? Thanks for your help!
Naturally, you first have to design it then get the building plans approved. Once the plans are approved, you have to scout locations and get permission to build it there. During construction, inspectors will come to make sure that it is being built to specification. If not, they have to stop and correct it.
