I can't claim to be an expert on this, but ------
Don't organizations such as these each write up a "Business Plan" that details their goals (sometimes short-term, sometimes long-term) and how they plan to reach them?
In some jurisdictions, it may be a legal requirement that organizations file business plans every so often with a government body, such as one that has oversight of one type of organization, or one that disburses government funds to one type of organization. Try reading these to see how they *expect* to be able to do it. Maybe compare the plan with the actual performance since the plan was written.
Other than that, maybe you could try narrowing down the list of possible organizations to a few, and then get access to and read&compare several years'-worth of Annual Reports for each.

I'm not sure what your asking, but organizations achieve their goals by organizing people and resources. Organizations have many different types of goals so, there are many methods to achieve them. Give a little more detailed question and I'll be able to give a better answer.

Wgp synergy or piranha gti rampage?
Which paintball gun should I get. They are both $120. Which is more reliable? If I did get the gti what triiger can fit on it?
I have the Piranha GTI Plus Rampage and it is SOLID. I totally recommend it. It has 8 modes and you can program just about everything about the gun. The description says it gets 20 bps, but with the eyes on, it gets 30.
I recommend a new barrel though, I have the Spyder Rebel 14" WHISPER barrel. I got it NEW on Ebay for $10.
Also, the stock settings for the trigger aren't that good, but to fix it, program the "trigger debounce" from 1 - 5 ms.

Should I tell the cable company to get lost over their terrible service?
I drove 16 mi round trip the other day to pay my cable bill in a town nearby. When I walked in the door was locked and there was no one in the office. It was around 1:30, I had to get to get home and get to work, so I left and mailed the cable bill to the office about 100 mi away.
Today I get a bill from the cable company for the full amount of last months bill along with a $5 over charge because they think I was late. I wasnt late. There was nobody in the office when I went to pay the bill, so I mailed it and they probably are billing me a late fee because it took them 5 days to open the bill. Should I just cut my cable and phone off and go with Verizon? It makes me mad. I dont turn around and charge them for every time my phone and cable goes out and lord only knows its out about 2 times a month.
OMG Yes you should do something! I've had similar troubles with my cable. I cut out the TV and stayed with internet because I didn't want telephone line for computer. It's too slow. After that I got another TV Company!
Yes go tell them about what you have gone through and if you don't get a good answer then cut them out and check out another TV Connector Company. Well Good Luck!

I just turned 15 and I was just wondering if any clothing department store would probably hire me?
Well, as you can see, I just turned 15, and I am currently looking for a job. Anything would fit my needs, as long as it is on the weekends where I am most efficient. But, I really love clothes and shoes, so I was only wondering if any clothing or shoe store would hire me?
HELP!!
Not to be a buzz kill, but chances are you wont get a job at a clothing store, for many reasons. 1.) Not many places are hiring due to the state of the economy (i could get into economic theory for you to understand this but theres no point). 2.) If they are hiring, there will be many applicants and they will be taking 17 yr old employees before they take a 15 yr old. 3.) I've applied to my local grocery store 7 times and havn't gotten a job, and a grocery store is a lot more easy place to get hired than a clothing store.
Even though you might not get the job, apply anyways because there is always a chance. Good luck
